Hi Guys! How are you? I hope your are doing well and your day is full of colorful stories . 😊
Today, I gonna share to you my recent and first trip this year with my ever lovely friends. We usually avail a tour packages, but this time we decided to commute. (Thinking it was a good idea and more fun) 😅
And for our first D.I.Y travel, our destination will be in Vista de Puente in Ilijan, Batangas. We just found this through facebook. But my workmate told me about this place also and gave me a good feedback so it help us decide to choose this place. So we booked an overnight stay in this resort (February 16-17).
We travelled from Manila to Lemery, Batangas (Bus Terminal) on February 16 at 5:00 AM, we thought we will arrive there by 7:30 AM but we got stuck in the traffic jam in Turbina (part of Calamba City in Laguna). So we arrived in Lemery around 8:00 AM. Since our check-in time in the resort is still in 2:00 PM we decided to had our breakfast first and then look for other places to visit to kill some time. Our only place we thought is the Fantasy World which is also located somewhere in Lemery 😅
Fantasy world supposedly an abandoned theme park but it became a tourist destination on its own. That may be because it look like a haunted Disneyland. 😁
Though it doesn’t have any operating rides, there is a lot of places in the park that is instagramable. We took a lot of photos but only few will be shared her. 😜
We left the park around 12 NN. From Fantasy World we ride a tricycle going back to Lemery Grand Terminal. Then FX/Van (UV Express) from Lemery to SM City Lipa – you can also commute through bus or jeep to get there. When arrived in SM City Lipa, we then ride again in jeep to get to Vista de Puente resort. The ride is almost 3 hours just from SM City to the resort. I think we arrived at the resort in quarter to 5PM 🤔
It was a tiresome day but as we want to savor every minute of our stay. Just after we checked-in, we immediately changed into our swimming wear and heaavvveeennnn… the water. 😍😍😍
We stay in the pool for half an hour then go to the beach for like 30 minutes or so. We didn’t stay long as waves are getting too strong.
